Keeping Chipotle a Campus Favorite Nationwide

My Role: Strategic Direction - Content Creation - Management

I was fortunate to be part of the Student Brand Manager (SBM) program at Chipotle early on and later had the opportunity to co-lead its revamp alongside a talented and dedicated team and with the Marketing Strategists who utilized the program in their own markets.

I co-led the program supporting initiatives around compensation, marketing resources, and semester campaigns. I co-led the revamp where we integrated social media strategies, refined marketing tactics, and built deeper relationships with campus organizations and influencers.

We also executed national contests and campaigns with brands like Target, Barnes & Nobles, and Her Campus Media, driving significant database growth and promoting new offerings like catering when it launched.

These efforts expanded reach to college campuses by ~400% with presence on 125 campuses nationally among a critical demographic.
