Optimizing Oath Pizza’s Digital Revenues

My Role: Strategic Direction - Marketing Direction - Management - Public Relations

I had the opportunity to develop and execute a strategy to optimize and grow sales by improving the company’s digital infrastructure. We launched native ordering, optimized third-party delivery, built data-driven offers and campaigns, and more.

This collaborative effort resulted in a ~376% increase in orders, a 170% growth in loyalty program sign-ups, and 888% database growth, helping to strengthen customer retention and engagement. By working together to reduce reliance on third-party platforms, streamline operations, and cut unnecessary costs, we were able to generate $100,000 in savings.

This updated infrastructure supported an updated catering and food truck strategy that grew catering sales by 280% and food truck sales by 400%.

These initiatives not only reinforced the brand’s market position but also supported its ability to adapt and thrive during the challenges of COVID-19. I’m especially proud of partnering with Thanx on their beta app, which contributed to their efforts to support restaurant technology needs and inspired the creation of their first Customer Advisory Board.
