When I joined Oath Pizza, the franchise program had just launched but wasn’t yet positioned for growth. My role focused on supporting Aramark, the first partner while developing strategies to attract new franchisees.
Working with an incredible team, we built a strong foundation by creating SOPs, training resources, and support systems to empower current and future partners. We implemented a strategic, ROI-driven approach for lead generation using content creation, advertising, PR, social media, and more, constantly optimizing along the way.
Thanks to these efforts and the collaboration of the entire team, Oath achieved an 1,800% increase in franchise leads, including the top franchisee for Panera, as well as four multi-unit agreements within the first year.
